Password Reset instructions

1.     Your email address stayed the same (I.E. [email protected] )
Your email address is your username
2.     Due to a password glitch, we had to change everyone’s password.
3.     Please reach us at our tech hotline at 509-547-9308 and we will give you a temporary password.  Leave a message if we are not available or assisting other staff members and we will get back to you between the hours of 9am-3pm M-F. 
4.     Please have an updated password in mind before logging in by following the requirements listed below.

 

Passwords need to be 8 characters or more
Choose 3 of the following 4 options
     At least 1 capital letter
     At least 1 lowercase letter
     At least 1 number
     At least 1 Symbol (I.E.    !, #, $, %, ^, &, *)

 

5.     Click this link (Password reset) to reset your password
6.     After your password is reset log into your new account here (CSD400 Gmail login)

 

Note: Changing the email password will also change your staff computer password.  Any staff member with a laptop checked out for the summer will continue to use your old password to login until you bring your laptop into district where the password will auto sync up.
