May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is also an important opportunity to start conversations about mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health conditions and seeking support. Each day in May we will be starting off with a mental health quote of the day.  If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to Mrs. Haley or Mrs. Annie. We are always here to help.  "Remember, your mental health is just as important as your physical health."
